Achievements Unlocked!

Eight achievements have been added to the game, some very easy and some not so much. A few of them are also mutually exclusive, just for fun!

Unlocked achievements should save automatically, but in the browser version this seems to require a trip to the main menu.

It's now possible to pause and unpause battles using the space bar, which I should really have added an explanation for in the tutorial and didn't...
